"Best experience . Lovely knowledgeable staff . Very helpful ."
"Furniture Court Beaudesert was one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had. From the time we entered the store to the delivery of our new furniture. Maz was amazing helping us with our purchases. We enjoyed old fashioned service, which is rare these days."
"Wonderful store with helpful staff"
"Friendly excellent service. It was a pleasure to shop there."
"Went to check out a new mattress and Erin showed us the range in great detail so we understood the differences. Informative, courteous and professional. Came back following day with the decision maker (clearly not me) , and we purchased after negotiating a great deal. Some of the best service we have ever received. Delivery next day. Easy and fun environment. Thanks Sandy and Erin for looking after us. 6 star experience"
"Sarah in the showroom was fabulous helped me greatly, delivery drivers did not read sheet which said just remove my other chair from lounge room but they did it reluctantly( it was stated on delivery sheet what was required)other than that I’m happy with my purchase"

"Great Service! I purchased a Portsea bed recently (which I love!). Kym was amazing - she was so friendly and professional. It took me a while to decide what I wanted but Kym was very patient during this process. Definitely recommend."
"Staff were friendly and helpful and gave a good deal on my bed"
"Highly recommend this furniture store. Very helpful and accommodating — even if you’re indecisive, they work with you. The delivery team is great, friendly, and professional. The store is nice, not too big or overwhelming, but has everything you need. It has a small team with a family business feel; staff have a great memory, stay on top of orders, and sort everything out, responding in a timely manner. The place seems well-managed and organised — exactly what you want during the stress of moving and purchasing new furniture."
"We need a new mattress and we decided on a king size which meant we also needed a new base, we decided on a bed frame and mattress. Tony was brilliant, we measured and measured to make sure it would fit into our room, he even put the mattress we wanted on to the frame we wanted to make everything was ok that was on Friday, we had it delivered on Wednesday. Quality furniture, great prices, excellent service, good delivery service and fast assembly of bed frame. We are returning customers. I am very happy. Thank you ☺️"

"I purchased a bed at the Beaudesert store at an amazing price, from very friendly and helpful staff. Who were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The service was unbelievable it was ordered Sat and delivered by Thurs with a public holiday in-between and install by 2 lovely delivery guys. When I need anything I am going back to them, again 5 stars to the rural store."
"Huge store, fantastic range, and the best service I have ever had anywhere from not just the store but the delivery guys also. I just bought our second mattress from here as I was impressed with the service the first time. Dave served us this time and he was very patient and bent over backwards to help us in every way he could. And he knew what he was talking about which made it easier still. So I purchased the Pinnacle firm queen to help with back issues I have been having. And also one of their high back computer chairs to help with my back also. I asked him if he could write on the delivery docket to not run over our concrete edges as they break. When the delivery truck came, one of the guys got out and stood behind the truck as it reversed up the driveway, even though it is a nice wide driveway, but he did this to make sure that there was no way they went anywhere near the concrete edges. I have never seen anyone care that much, and be that careful and respectful. I was very impressed. And these delivery guys were also very kind, courteous and friendly and bent over backwards to do what they could to please with what we wanted. I could not have asked for more. Many thanks to all of you for impeccable service and such genuine care. I will recommend you to all and will purchase again without a second thought. The store is HUGE and has a massive range. It does not matter where you are in Brisbane, it is worth the effort to travel here for the price, service and range and have no doubt you will not be disappointed. Geoff and Shirley"
"Wonderful service..price was great ."
"Staff are always so helpful and willing to help you find what you're after. Great range of furniture and if they don't have what you need in stock, they generally will be able to order it in for you."
"We purchased a La-z -boy three seater leather lounge plus other items of furniture and linen five years ago from Kingaroy Furniture Court. In every part of our dealing with this company it has been positive. From floor staff to Delivery and set up people they have been helpful and carful. Even after warranty has been over they have been helpful. We would certainly purchase from them again and recommend them for their competitive pricing and support. We wanted to mention Erin for her recent helpful assistance. Sharon and Douglas G"
"Tony and all other Staff at the store whether it be in person or on the phone were kind and courteous. The delivery of my product came without a hitch Thankyou"
"What can I say, from the gentlemen that served me on Saturday, David to the two gentlemen that delivered my goods. Paul and Mark. Thank you for the great service. The banter and good wit made the whole shopping experience a positive one."
"Since moving to the area and in need of new furniture, we have made a number of purchases from Furniture Court in Ipswich. We have found the staff to always be friendly and helpful keeping us well informed while we waited for our orders to arrive. We believe in shopping local."
"I was kept up to date with the arrival time of my furniture and making a suitable delivery date was no hassle. The guys carried my furniture into my house and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Customer service was excellent!"
"Absolutely exceptional company to deal with. Purchased furniture through Ipswich Furniture Court approximately May 2021 and then unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t take possession of my furniture until August 2024. This company went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Not once did they insist/demand that I pick up my furniture. Throughout the whole ordeal they would ring me every couple of months for an update on my situation and just held it there in the warehouse without any issues. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member that dealt with me. I was overwhelmed by their caring attitude. Ipswich should be so proud to have such a wonderful business that actually cares about their customers not just the sales and profits. I will be forever grateful to them and the way they handled my situation and I have told anyone and everyone who will listen to make sure they support this fantastic business. Once again thanks to all involved from Ipswich Furniture Court. Regards Melissa"

"Darren and Co. who delivered and removed our lounge did a fantastic job. It certainly was challenging with a 2 storey home. They were extremely careful of our property while coming up over our verandah railings to deliver and remove the old suite. I was amazed at their positive attitude and ingenuity. Congratulations Darren and team!!!!"

"We are completely happy with this business and can’t rate this company high enough. My husband who has a physical disability has to use an electric recliner to sleep/daytime use and when his own recliner broke down we were devastated. He had to sleep in his electric wheelchair for two days. I approached Bed RUs and they were fantastic. Not only did we get recliner chair that we needed but it was delivered the next day. We are so grateful to them and will be doing business with them again soon."

"As usual, the service provided by Elmer's was excellent. I had my new lounge suite delivered today. Many of our stores are long-established family businesses that joined the Furniture Court group and kept their local name, such as Elmers, Macleods, Halls, Duffy’s and Burnups. Furniture Court is a member-owned co-operative rather than a franchise, so every store is individually owned and operated by local people, with the buying power of the group behind it.
Yes. Our stores carry a different ranges of Australian-made furniture, lounges and mattresses, including Australian-made bedding from trusted brands. Browse the Australian Made range online, then ask your local store which pieces are on display and what sizes and fabrics are available.
